At GENTRY MEDIA LTD, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital advertising services across multiple online platforms. Our work is performance-driven and carried out on a commission basis. Because our services involve time, expertise, and digital delivery that cannot be returned once completed, we maintain the following refund policy:

1. No Refunds on Paid Commissions

All commissions, service fees, and advertising charges paid to GENTRY MEDIA LTD are non-refundable.

Once work has commenced or commission has been generated, the service is considered delivered, and no refunds—full or partial—will be issued under any circumstances.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Paid commissions for completed advertising campaigns

Setup fees, creative fees, or management fees

Results-based commissions generated through our marketing services

2. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

Reviewing all service details prior to purchase

Ensuring accuracy of information, product details, and creative assets provided to us

Monitoring their campaign KPIs and communicating any concerns promptly

We work collaboratively, but final responsibility for product approval and compliance rests with the client.

3. Service Satisfaction

While refunds are not offered, GENTRY MEDIA LTD is committed to client satisfaction. If you have concerns regarding the performance of your campaign or the delivery of services, please contact us and our team will work with you to address the issue and optimise results wherever possible.

4. Billing Errors

If you believe a billing error has occurred, please notify us within 7 days of the charge. We will investigate and correct any confirmed errors. This applies only to genuine billing mistakes and not to dissatisfaction with campaign performance.

5. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel ongoing services at any time. However:

All completed work and earned commissions up to the cancellation date remain payable.

Cancellation does not entitle the client to a refund of any fees already paid.
